Back in October, the annual TerraVITA Food Festival brought together foodies from all around the country. Founded and organized by Colleen Minton, the gourmet Southern food festival lasted three days and explores wine, food, coffee, chocolate and much more!
Colleen reached out to the TOPO family to host their annual East Meets West Dinner at the Great Room – and of course we were thrilled to be asked to participate!
The meal was a collaborative effort by three North Carolina chefs with dessert provided by French Broad Chocolate Lounge and coffee by Carrboro Coffee Roasters.
Regan from Little Hen in Holly Springs, Isaiah from The Eddy in Saxapahaw and James Clark from the Carolina Inn provided all of the courses along with Lionel Vatinet provided the bread grown with organic North Carolina wheat.
Top of the Hill provided our craft beer and specialty, hand-crafted cocktails using our locally distilled spirits!
